Hey Joyce and Cindy, you know another thing New Hampshire needs? Recycling and incentives to recycle. I understand the homeless problem but there's new jobs the homeless can do and new ways to make paper and cans and other things metallic or plastic making items sold in those types of material cheaper and cheaper notebooks. Fines are bad but unless you actually see them do it or there's a dna test done on it, that's not good enough.
