I'm not even getting off this tax on donations/tips/charity bullshit because it's little but I'm right and I know I've heard similar before but the 16th amendment wasnt used and that was after the 1700s. It was written in 1913. Before world war 2 and it conflicts with the other amendment and has to be nullified or what's the word. *googles* repeal? whatever but I could definitely fight it and write another one to get rid of the 16th.
Article "##" Congress loses the ability to create taxes and the IRS shuts down until the next bombing of the united states from another country. All states are to have the same taxes. The percent has to be the same for all states for each tax regardless of population and cannot be over 10 (except for the tax on recreational drugs including alcohol). At the first of the last month of the year the collected from the year is added together and within the next month is given to states on a need basis. Needs for sales include school upgrades and repairs, road upgrades and repairs, new housing facilities and homes/remodeling of homes and old buildings, hospitals and security/police. Needs for income: business and public building repairs and remodeling, recreational centers and upkeep, school upgrades. Unless you have health insurance, there should be a 10%+ tax on over the counter and prescription drugs but there is no penalty for not having it. No taxes need to be filed for donations, tips, or charity but if a company accepts tips they have to allow more checks and background checks on their employees.
