it's not hard like chocolate, it's like the inside of a truffle so i'm freezing it. Very tasty though omfg and topped on my nut brattle!!!

Better note: it's hardening in the fridge now but I just made some dark chocolates with agave nectar, cacao liquor, and hershey's dark powder but next week I might grab nibs and make my own cocoa powder.
