Chocolate Frosting
Ingredients:
1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
1 1/2 cups powdered sugar
5 1/3 tbsp butter, at room temperature
3 tbsp boiling water
Heat the butter and beat chocolate into it
Add salt and boiling water
Beat in cocoa powder until it's a smooth paste
