Ingredients:
1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
1 1/2 cups powdered sugar
5 1/3 tbsp butter, at room temperature
3 tbsp boiling water
- Heat the butter and beat chocolate into it
- Add salt and boiling water
- Beat in cocoa powder until it's a smooth paste
- Continue beating until it's the consistency you want. If it's too thick, add a few drops of water. If it's too thin, add more powdered sugar.
