Ingredients:

1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder

1 1/2 cups powdered sugar

5 1/3 tbsp butter, at room temperature

3 tbsp boiling water

  1. Heat the butter and beat chocolate into it
  2. Add salt and boiling water
  3. Beat in cocoa powder until it's a smooth paste
  4. Continue beating until it's the consistency you want. If it's too thick, add a few drops of water. If it's too thin, add more powdered sugar.
